Abstract:
Using the method of CFD simulation, the essay analyzes the influence of sunshade position to the heat transfer performance of double skin curtain wall. The simulation results show that the position of the sunshade has great influence to the temperature of the exterior surface of the inner hollow glass curtain wall. With different sunshade positions, the temperature of the exterior surface of the inner hollow glass curtain wall may vary from 2.7 to 3.5℃. When the sunshade is located at the position between 50 and 125 mm away from the interior surface of the outer glass wall, the temperature of the exterior surface of the inner hollow glass curtain wall is relatively low. In addition, the position of the sunshade also has a great influence to the temperature distribution of the cavity interior.
