Abstract:
Beijing Wangjing SOHO is a large complex project integrating commerce and offices and covering more than 520,000 m2 of gross building area, and the 45-storey T3 tower is 200 m high. Considering the arched and complex shape of all plane facades, various innovative techniques are adopted during construction, such as survey control, edge positioning of specially-shaped structural slab, massive concrete pouring, climbing formwork for core tube, BIM application, fabrication and installation of steel structure, jacking and lifting of steel tube concrete and curtain wall installation, etc., to guarantee smooth construction and high construction quality.
