我国绿色认证项目技术的应用现状及发展建议 |

APPLIED STATUS AND DEVELOPMENT SUGGESTION FOR TECHNOLOGIES OF GREEN CERTIFICATION PROJECTS IN CHINA |

摘要 基于美国LEED和中国GBES两大绿色认证体系在我国应用广泛的背景,研究我国LEED和GBES认证项目6个方面的主要应用技术,分析其技术类型、增量成本及应用比例,结果表明我国多应用较高(高)增量成本的主动技术,许多现有低增量成本的被动技术还有待推广,技术集成程度有待提高;绿色技术的发展仍处于初级阶段。提出开发低增量成本技术、推广应用现有低增量成本技术和逐步实现绿色技术集成理念的发展建议。 |

Abstract:
Based on the two equally well-practiced green certification systems, LEED and GBES, in China, this study investigated the major applied technologies in six categories of LEED and GBES certification projects, and analyzed their type, average incremental cost and ratio of application. Results indicated that most of China's applied technologies were active and with relatively high incremental cost; many existing low incremental and passive technologies needed to be developed; the level of technology integration needed to be improved; Green technologies in China were still in its initial stage. Vigorously developing low incremental cost technologies, promoting the existing low incremental technologies and gradually realizing the idea of technology integration were proposed for the development of applied green technologies.
