Abstract：
Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional governance model of construction waste in our country, combined with the environmental impact priority level of the construction waste, a construction waste governance model was proposed according to the industrial ecology thought. Then a management framework of construction waste was presented, involving government, owner or developer, design units, construction units and construction waste disposal unit. Some countermeasures were put forward to mitigate the negative effects of construction waste, to improve the reuse of construction waste reduction and recycling, which can provide guidance for construction waste management decision making for related subject.
