Abstract：
The new type of industrialization constructing affordable housing will effectively solve housing problem which low-income urban residents and farmers entering the city need house in the process of urbanization. However, constructing affordable housing also faced some important problems, such as the interest problem between real estate developers and the government, selecting problem between general system and special system, selecting problem of factory production method. Research on these problems will help the government decision-making and improve management level for industrialization constructing affordable housing.
