Abstract：
Through the reflection of the inherent mode of three decades of our country urban growth, It is concluded that the sustainable development of urban and rural fundamentally transform from the extensive urbanization to a quality of urbanization. Then on the subject of how to realize the high quality urbanization which is the important topic, the paper puts forward the idea of high quality industrial buildings and sums up the three-point methods of realization of high quality industrialization of general construction.
