Abstract：
The 10 high-rise public rental buildings on Majuqiao Logistics B East Lot cover a total building area of 150?000 m2 and used assembled monolithic shear wall structure above the third floor. This paper introduced the basic information, design method and design flow, as well as some key architectural and structural design techniques, such as node of prefabricated external wall panel, detail construction, connection method and BIM application, etc.
