Abstract:
In the super-high Beijing Greenland Center project, C60 concrete was used and the pumping height of concrete reached 206?m. Various difficulties were encountered in construction, such as huge rigid structural concrete and steel components, dense steel bars and difficult concrete pouring, etc. Researches were carried out for development of concrete pumping for super-high building and installation of high-pressure pump, to successfully solve the difficulties in concrete pumping for super-high building. In this way, concrete could be pumped to the top only by one pump, so as to guarantee the concrete pumping quality and construction quality of super-high concrete structure.
