Abstract:
In small public building, Senile Apartment of Financial Street, located in Xicheng of Beijing, a series of energy saving and environmental protection technologies including ontology building energy-saving, solar-thermal, solar photovoltaic system, water reuse,atomization cooling, fresh air ventilator, and so on. Test and simulation result shows that the comprehensive energy-saving rate is 72.78%. This demonstration building shows that in the historical and cultural protection zones, advanced energy saving and environmental protection technologies can be used for the buildings premising that the implementation of these technologies do not affect the building style and features.
