Abstract:
The main roof height of a super high-rise building is 249.4m, and the full height of the building is 267.6m. Frame-core-outriggers structural system is adopted. Concrete-filled rectangular steel tubes (CFRT) are used for outer columns. The foundation design, structural system characteristic, performance-based seismic design principle, the main results of elastic analysis, dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare seismic action are introduced. Some key points are expounded, including the pile-raft foundation design, SRC core wall, design of strengthened story, design of CFRT columns. The design experience can be referred in similar project.
