Abstract：
Large roof system composed of metal roof, transparent glass roof and intelligent slide skylight has large catchment area, which often causes local water leakage and seriously impact the function and reduce the service life of building. The roof system of Quanzhou Municipal Administrative Service Center adopted reasonable drainage and waterproof design techniques and sealing measures and established proper management, repair and maintenance systems, to guarantee the efficiency of drainage system and favorable sealing performance. The water leakage problem was basically prevented.
