Abstract:
Pre-embedded steel plate used to fix test equipments shall have high positioning accuracy, so as to satisfy the requirements of test equipments. 70m long channel and 30m short channel are built in a newly-built civil engineering test laboratory and traveling test equipments shall be installed in the channels, so nearly one hundred pre-embedded steel plates are set and post-forming construction method is adopted to effectively divide the construction process into two steps, including preliminary installation of fixing bolt and accurate positioning of pre-embedded steel plate. Construction errors are controlled in different phases and high-accuracy positioning standard for pre-embedded steel plate is gradually implemented as concrete construction requirements, so as to realize expected accuracy standard at last.
