Abstract：
On impel of green economy and low-carbon concept, many construction enterprise have made research and development of prefabricated concrete structure, and have formed a series of distinctive building techniques. The author took the project in Suzhou as an example, analyzed the properties and difficulties of the new precast concrete shear wall structure(NPC), provided the reference for the generalization and application of industrialized residential project.
