Abstract:
In China Life Research and Development Center Plot E09 project, there are many uplift pile heads on the foundation bottom plate and the construction schedule is tight, so it is hard to guarantee the construction quality of traditional flexible coiled waterproof material. Cement-based penetration and crystallization waterproof construction technique was adopted, including painting cement-based penetrative and crystallizable coating and spreading dry cement-based penetrative and crystallizable powder, etc., and special measures were taken to treat the pile head, construction joint of foundation bottom plate and bearing platform beam chamfer, etc. Waterproof substrate treatment, base oil painting, flexible coiled material construction and waterproof protective layer construction were successfully avoided, realizing simple and convenient construction process, ensuring the engineering quality, shortening the construction schedule and saving construction cost.
