Abstract:
For the mass concrete, due to the accelerated curing effect of hydration heat, which making the growth law of concrete strength that under the structure entities condition is significantly different from which under the standard curing condition. By testing the heat transfer characteristics of different mixture ratios, then importing the exothermic parameter of experiment into the finite element software to compute the temperature field and stress field of structure. According to the calculation results provide the corresponding synchronous temperature system for concrete curing, which can reflecting the actual strength growth trend of mass concrete, then preferably the mixture which splitting tensile strength is greater than the temperature stress that under temperature synchronous curing system, thus forming the matching crack-resistance design scheme of mass concrete, greatly improved the crack resistance of mass concrete.
