Abstract：
As an important part of Guangfu culture, the architectural carvings art in ancient local residential buildings of Guangfu,formed the culture with strong regional colors and bright artistic characteristics. Based on the research of the carvings in Chen Family’s Ancestral Temple, the distributions and the types, the performance of contents, the implications of decorate, the styles of modeling, the skills of carvings are summarized and the artistic features and aesthetic value of the ornament are expounded.
