Abstract：
Super-large machine room project is a complex high-tech project, involving multiple disciplines and having high technical requirements for construction. The construction unit shall carry out effective construction cost management and control in different periods, such as bid and bidding period, construction period, engineering settlement period and operation and maintenance period, etc. So as to create excellent project, effectively control the construction cost and realize favorable investment efficiency and social benefits.
