Abstract:
In a general office building, office equipment are arranged in complexity and their wires crossed each other in the public corridor. It is a heavy work to coordinate different disciplines in traditional electromechanical pipeline construction, because the installation sequence of different disciplines shall be arranged reasonably and space shall be reserved for installation. The application of BIM technique could the construction process of electromechanical pipeline installation, improve the one-off qualification rate of electromechanical pipeline installation, reduce constructions schedule, avoid unnecessary dismantlement and realize favorable social and economic benefits.
