Abstract：
Based on the engineering characteristics and construction requirements, measures were adopted on different aspects, such as safety management on construction site, scaffold installation, safety protection, construction electricity management, mechanical safety, environmental protection, living area management, material and tools management and digitalized creative management, etc., to successfully guarantee the implementation of safe and civilized construction management, create standardized management and digitalized construction site, and effectively improve the safe, civilized and standardized construction level.
