Abstract:
To study new materials CFRP in string with the application of the dome structure, set up 4 meters long, 2.6 meters high Suspen-dome model. Model respectively set up with the Steel cable and CFRP cables as pre-stressed cable and achieved the internal force and displacement changing with the loading process for the Suspen-dome Composed of CFRP cable through the static analysis and calculation with finite element analysis software ANSYS. The results show that, the dome structure Composed of string CFRP cable also has the advantages of the traditional structure with Steel cable, Even be better in stress of stick and displacement of node. It will be the basis of the research for dome structure of which instead of the Steel cable is insteaded of CFRP cable.
