Abstract:
According to basic assumption and the material properties of prestressed steel reinforced concrete girder,an analysis program is developed to reveal the mechanical behavior of flexural beams with the method of numerical integration. The moment-curvature relationships of the beams can be calculated with the program. A documented three-point bending test of prestressed steel reinforced concrete beams are presented to testify the reliability of this method. It is found that the loading-displacement relationships are in accordance with experimental results. Consequently, the numerical analysis provides a reliable reference and tool for the further study for design theory of PSRCB beams.
