Abstract:
Tests were designed to determine the mixing proportion of high-strength concrete of different granularities and to realize the minimum porosity of final mixture. Laser granularity determination device was used to determine the granularity of cement, pulverized fly ash and slag powder; the proportion between coarse and fine aggregates was determined through loose bulk density theoretical test; Bolomey curve was drawn to study the characteristics of grading curve of pumping concrete for super-high building; based on the relevant parameter calibrated in practical test, the optimum mixing proportion was determined and it was found that the filling effect of silicon-ash fine granule could effectively improve the compactness of concrete mixture and micro-dot effect of pulverized fly ash could improve the property of concrete mixture and realize physical water reduction.
