Abstract:
This paper analyzes the limitations of BIM technology in design of underground structures, namely lack of family and material properties of rock and soil in BIM core structure software, and these software cannot be combined with underground structural analysis software a good butt. For this reason, this paper created the family and material properties of rock and soil in Revit, one of BIM core structure software, and established part subject structure model which contains formation of rock and soil combining a metro station instance. Then, Revit 3D model was imported into ANSYS using CAD software as transit, and the 3D model information was extracted from Revit by creating plug-in through Revit API, and imported into ANSYS. Finally, calculation and analysis of deformation of underground structure in stratum were done successfully in ANSYS. This paper completed application of BIM technology in design of underground structures initially, laying a good foundation for further research.
