Abstract:
Aimed to the effect of foundation stiffness on the vibration of frame dynamic foundation, three degrees of freedom analysis model was built based on one actual frame dynamic foundation and the dynamic response of frame dynamic foundation was calculated. Then, the dynamic responses of frame dynamic foundation from three degrees of freedom analysis model was compared with response obtained by two-freedom model of Code and FEM software. When the rotation frequency of machine is less then 3000r/min, two degrees of freedom system omits the high-order frequency which is nearby the frequency of machine and resonance happens. Therefore, the response of frame dynamic foundation should be calculated by three degrees of freedom analysis model when the rotation frequency of machine is less than3000r/min.
