Abstract:
The working contents, demands and methods for the safety risk management of the existing buildings and structures in metro construction are explicitly identified. According to the safety impacts of metro construction on adjacent buildings and structures, the specific job requirements concerning the protection of adjacent buildings and structures are proposed, including special protection documents, site safety inspections and monitoring, contingency plans establishment, as well as safety management assessment. A complete safety management and assessment system is developed for adjacent buildings and structures in metro construction.
