Abstract:
A project consists of basement, commercial podium building, east and west tower buildings, covering a gross building area of 395 000 m2. Low-altitude jacking formwork system was used in longitudinal shear wall structure of tower building core tube. A series of construction management measures were adopted to guarantee safe operation of the formwork system and prevention of accident, such as establishment of jacking formwork management system, emphasis on application and maintenance of jacking formwork system and strengthening of jacking formwork travel course control. These measures successfully ensured the construction quality and schedule of the core tube.
