Abstract:
TM material of A1-class fireproof performance was used for thermal insulation on external wall of workers indemnificatory residential building project at north of Dalian Railway Station. In order to ensure the application effect, the TM heat insulation system on external wall was optimized, including boundary layer, heat insulation layer, crack-prevention layer, protection layer and finishing layer; slurry was prepared during construction according to certain proportion and construction was carried out strictly according to the designed sequence. Quality inspection results showed that system design and construction were feasible and had favorable insulation effect.
