Abstract:
Engineering BIM core models for various disciplines were built, including architectural model, structural model, water supply and drainage model, HVAC model and electromechanical model. Confliction inspection among different disciplines was carried out for each layer of different entities. Various members were classified into different collections to carry out confliction inspection within discipline. Traveling track of members or lifting equipment was set for dynamic confliction inspection. The inspection results were feed back to the BIM core model to optimize the fabricated structure and to guarantee refined management and maximum benefit within the whole service life of fabricated building.
