Abstract：
Completed BIM standard is an important factor for application and promotion of BIM technique in enterprises, because it plays a significant role in improving BIM modeling efficiency and application level, as well as in development of the whole BIM technical industry. Application scope of BIM standard in enterprise could be clarified through analysis of application status quo of BIM standards. Successful application of BIM standards in enterprise could realize data sharing among different parties on the same multi-dimensional building information model within the whole life cycle of a building, promoting connection of architectural industrial chains and industrial building construction and providing great help for the improvement of BIM technique in enterprises and establishment of national technical system.
