Abstract:
The authors introduce the foundation treatment method of high-rise building that pile foundation in combine with DDC soil pile in Xifeng district, Qingyang city. Firstly, using DDC soil pile eliminates collapsibility of ground. Then concrete pile foundation is designed and built on the formation of composite foundation. Based on laboratory test and field test, the results indicate DDC piles eliminate the collapsible, improving physical and mechanical property in piles soil, increasing bearing capability of foundation, concrete pile quality, bearing capacity and settlement of pile foundation achieves norms and design requirements.
