Abstract：
There is a large number of soft soil on China's coastal and inland, this soft soil with a natural high water content, void ratio, permeability coefficient, compression coefficient, weak shear capacity. By the vacuum preloading consolidation of soft soil foundation before and after experiment data, analysis of the changes of soil. The analysis of cross shear strength, observing the pressure of pore water, analysis of pile load, contrasting and checking on degree of consolidation, so expanding the application of vacuum combined with surcharge preloading.
