Abstract：
Incremental cost benefit assessment of green building technique is advantageous for decision makers to select reasonable technical schemes and develop economic and effective green buildings. This paper discussed the incremental cost benefit assessment method of green building technique, established the incremental cost assessment model of green building technique and carried out empirical study. The study result proved that the model could directly help decision makers to selection reasonable green building technical scheme with high economic benefit.
