Abstract：
The network flow of building construction organization shall be optimized and analytical methods could obviously simplify the calculation procedure and shorten the construction period; minimum coefficient method could be used for optimization of construction period to obtain better economic benefit in project where only ordinary higher optimization procedure is required.
