Abstract：
Large-scale government investment in public construction projects, the functions of intelligent systems is increasing, products, equipment updates fast, how to control the project cost of intelligent systems to meet the requirements of both public buildings, but also in the controllable range. By pre-scientific project, the depth of the design budget, classification breakdown procurement, equipment management, and other standard means to achieve intelligent control system cost objectives.
