Abstract:
Main hazards of construction safety has been traced to find the hidden troubles. Based on the analyze of secure cost content and safety accident cause, Degree of secure assurance has been defined as token of secure state and ratio of safety investment quantified as token of safety cost. Model of secure function and safety cost has been built to analyze relationship of secure state and cost, which can obtain secure state optimization interval and the corresponding cost range. Application of project case show that the model can forecast actual secure state, that is helpful to work out the initiative security risk response plans.
