Abstract:
By selecting the raw materials and analyzing the block type, hole type and rib type, the cross rib porous self-insulation bricks were designed. With the raw materials of pumice sand, rubber granules, polystyrene particles, fly ash, cement etc. and the method of vibration pressure molding, cross-rib composite lightweight aggregate concrete self-insulation bricks were prepared, whose thermal insulation properties and mechanical properties were analyzed. And the self-insulation bricks are with thermal resistance of 1.7 (m2·K)/W, hollow rate of 27.1%, a density of 881 kg/m3, the compressive strength of 6.5 MPa, meeting the energy requirements and mechanical performance requirements in cold areas for external walls.
