Abstract:
In this paper, Maoming Petrochemical hydrogen-carbon coal cinder as the research object, using particle size analyzer, SEM, XRD and other testing methods to analyze and characterize the physical and chemical properties of cinder, and improve activity of cinder powder by mechanical activation. The results show that: the chemical composition of coal cinder is mainly SiO2 and Al2O3, the total amount is 81.98%. The activity of cinder powder could reach 110.8% by mechanical grinding. When content of coal cinder is 10% and grinding time is 60 min, cement 7 d and 28 d mortar compressive/flexural strength is highest.
