Abstract：
For the time being, there still lacks a piece of technical regulation for material, design, construction, acceptance and maintenance of stone upholstery engineering. Participants from drafting team of Technical Specification for Stone Upholstery Engineering (hereinafter referred to as the Specification) provided scientific evidence for important technical issues in the Specification through investigation and data collection of domestic projects, scientific tests and theoretical calculation. Scientific bases were provided for related technical subjects in Specification, reaching a certain scientific and advanced level.
