Abstract:
This paper use the method of fault tree analysis to analyze the basic reason of static expansion agent jetting orifice and leading to injury accident, established accident tree of static
expansion agent jetting orifice and leading to injury accident, using the method of Boolean algebra reduction to figure out the 135 minimal cut sets and 3 minimal path sets, established the importance
of each basic event through the analysis of structure importance degree and sequencing based it, putting forward to the effective and specific measures to prevent the accidents of static expansion agent
wounding accident duing to jetting orifice from following three aspects: strengthening safety protection, preventing people occurring dangerous areas and preventing static expansion jetting orifice.
