Abstract:
Through the research on the related concepts, influencing factors and safeguard measures of the project under the BIM Technology, the paper establishes the multiple factors randomness project schedule forecasting model. And taking an enterprise as an example, through the arrangement of the sub projects of the project, the paper gets that the project completion time is 14 days. Specific arrangements of sub projects are support template for a project, the support template two projects, bundled steel bars two projects and mixed concrete two projects. Construction times are 4.5 d, 4.5 d, 3 d, 1.5 d and 0.5 d. This study lays a solid foundation for the whole task scheduling and the overall planning, and promotes the development of the relevant industry projects.
