Abstract：
There are time nodes for practical task, and following task could not be started before the previous one was finished. The Sifang Marine Bureau office building decoration project of Nanjing was taken as an example to introduce node control of construction schedule, quality and investment. The control result showed that the construction period was reduced by 50%, investment was saved by 4% and construction quality was improved, with which the project was awarded the high-quality decoration project of Jiangsu Province.
