Abstract:
With the higher important of subcontractor project content in the whole project, to study subcontractor's management level is of great importance for the successful completion of construction task. This paper established the evaluation index systems by the fault tree method, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct the subcontractor management fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. One residential under construction project in Xi'an carried on the instance analysis, the project showed that evaluation result accords with the actual situation, and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. Therefore, the method aims to improve the subcontractor management level in the engineering construction project, to reduce risk of the subcontract and to improve subcontract project profit.
