Abstract：
Greenings of residential district compared to building energy saving technology，is at a small increase in construction investment conditions through scientific and rational planning and design of green，which can improve the thermal environment of residential buildings，so as to achieve energy-saving purposes. This paper describes the technology and methods to achieve energy saving in construction of residential areas through afforestation better by planning greenings in residential district.
