Abstract:
During construction of steel box beam bridge, high-viscosity and high-elastic stress absorbing layer could increase the bonding and shearing strength between cement concrete layer and asphalt concrete layer to adjust the deformation between layers; could improve the waterproof performance of concrete face slab, avoid corrosion of fabric reinforcement and steel plate due to penetration of water and ice-removal slat; could absorb and dissipate the energy generated due to stress concentration at expansion joint (or crack) on concrete layer, prevent the crack from developing to the asphalt concrete layer and strengthen the durability of steel bridge deck pavement layer.
