Abstract:
An orthogonal experiment was designed in this paper considering water–cement ratio, recycled coarse and fine aggregate, slag, fly ash, carbonization time,as well as the stress level under load. And the total efficiency coefficient method was used to optimize the mixture ratio. Experimental results showed that unilateral cement dosage, water binder ratio and regeneration coarse aggregate replacement ratio are affecting the regeneration of the most significant factors of mechanical properties of concrete road brick;strength decreases with the decrease of the unilateral cement dosage, with water to binder ratio decreases. When the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is about 60 %,the carbonation resistance is the best. With the total efficacy coefficient method to obtain the optimal mix ratio, prepared to meet the specification requirements.
