Abstract：
Development of urban underground space is an important approach for solving urban problems. Based on status quo and problems in management of underground traffic project, municipal project, public service infrastructure and civil air defense project, this paper proposed relevant measures, such as cooperation among multiple units, formulating and introducing policies, completing information, implementing stricter examination and approval procedures and providing governmental support, etc.
