Abstract:
In the Haidian Northern Cultural Center project, the library has five pieces of large-span staggered reinforced concrete trusses, each of which is 4.2~4.8 m high and with a 24.3 m span. The dense steel bar nodes, complex formwork supporting system and diagonal web member concrete which is difficult for vibration produced great difficulty for construction. After analysis on difficulties and countermeasures, relevant key construction techniques were adopted on the aspects of steel bar binding, formwork supporting system erection and dismantlement, diagonal web member concrete vibration, truss deformation monitoring and truss structure force system, realizing favorable construction effect.
