Abstract:
Collapsing due to the improper handling of the foundation, design flaws for wet, resulting in uneven settlement of building foundation, causing the upper structure is inclined, on the basis of theoretical analysis and engineering practice, proposes a rectification of new technologies. Out of soil and using lime piles and steel pipe pile composite pile group composite correction method, a wet base-rise residential buildings collapsing was rectifying and reinforcing. In order to achieve the purpose of building rectification righting. Long-term monitoring results show that after binding construction, correction of the high-rise building reinforcement achieved the desired effect.
