Abstract:
Seismic evaluation results do not meet the building structure seismic performance of the overall requirements of the existing buildings, the energy dissipation damping effect obvious viscous damper for seismic reinforcement and to reduce the seismic response of the structure. In Mianyang, a middle school student apartment seismic reinforcement, for example, adding viscous damper, time history analysis method of damping effect analysis of and comparison before and after the reinforcement structure of the interlayer shear force and the interlayer displacement angle. The results show that, in seismic strengthening project, the viscous dampers scheme can effectively improve the overall seismic performance of building structures.
