Abstract:
The total length of Canglang road section of Shiyan urban utility tunnel is 4 198 m, which is two-compartment type tunnel. The engineering geology condition is complex, the construction period is tight, the quality requirement is high, the construction difficulty is big, in order to meet the contract duration and the quality request, utility tunnel uses the steel mold carriage construction. The structure of the trolley is simple, the assembly, the mold, the demolding mold and the movement are convenient, the construction efficiency is high. The steel plate uses the large steel formwork, the whole rigidity is big, the surface is flat and the patchwork is small. Utility tunnel construction with the steel mold car can not only ensure the safety and quality of the construction but also quicken the construction progress. It provides some experience and reference for the construction of urban utility tunnel.
